Youth Staff Christmas Party

Well our official start to the Christmas party season has begun! We always look forward to the first Wednesday afternoon in December because the youth staff has their annual Christmas party at Steve and Tina's! It is a highlight every year and especially this year for me as I stashed Asher and Caleb with friends (thus the reason they are not in any pictures) and just brought Nate! It was so nice to RELAX and enjoy adult conversation in the middle of the afternoon! Not to mention being able to eat all the yummy food on my plate without having to share or help someone eat! (Thanks Mr. Brian and Kira for keeping up with Asher and Caleb!) We had a great time with our Christmas gift exchange too. The rules are always that a present can only be stolen two times and after that whoever has it gets to keep it. Blake was super excited about his flyswatter that talked and made sounds when you swatted it. Die sucker and Hasta la Vista Baby were some of it's choice phrases. Alas though... it was stolen away by Walt! O well, at least we didn't have to break up any fights that Asher and Caleb would have had over it when we got it home! I got what I wanted anyway though.... a package of lovely Christmas M&Ms! Thanks Tina for all your hard work getting everything ready! You are always the best hostess!
